Ivan grilo participates in the group exhibition Avenida Paulista, at MASP, São Paulo, Brazil. The exhibition will take the avenue as a central axis, addressing its historical, social, economic, cultural and anthropological dimensions. The exhibition includes 13 contemporary artists, who carried out new projects on the avenue and its surroundings, specific to the exhibition, and other 46 artists who have already thought and portrayed the avenue in past works, thus participating in the iconographic nucleus. In total, the exhibition comprises about 150 works. Curated by Adriano Pedrosa curator and artistic director of MASP, and Tomás Toledo, curator, with Camila Bechelany, Fernando Oliva and Luiza Proença, also curators of the museum. A catalog will be published on the occasion of the exhibition, with images of the works and interviews with the artists who had works commissioned by the museum.
