ANTONIO HENRIQUE AMARALAntonio Henrique Amaral would celebrate his 90th birthday. His visceral work deals with political violence, existential discontent, and erotic desire with the same intensity, challenging clichés of chromatic composition, surface treatment, and stylistic cohesion. His blend of visceral attitude with experimental daring makes him a key figure in the history of Brazilian art and an influential reference for younger generations that defy normativities and authoritarianism. His work was recently included in the Centre Pompidou collection and is also part of institutions such as The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York.

Matias Duville
Matias Duville uses physical and mental displacement as a strategy to alter perception and reference. His drawings in charcoal, ink, and mud propose parallel realities that explore the relationship between landscape and chaos. For him, drawing is an act of awareness — a space of control, accident, and self-knowledge. Duville will represent Argentina at the upcoming 61st Venice Biennial.
