Albano Afonso, 2021
Albano Afonso explores in his works different elements of the contemporary daily life, creating a connection with the art history, photography, self-portrait and still life, always with a contemporary language. Albano uses light, shadows and manipulated images to reflect on the values and perceptions of these current times and in a way that merge past, present and future; creating a timeless frame which seems to be fading out but it still locked in time.
